Our Memozine software enables you to build a personal information database in which you can
record data about anything that is of interest to you, so that you can keep the information
that matters to you all in one place and in an organised manner. In your Memozine database,
you can:
Personal Information Manager
Record information about persons and organisations you are in contact with; places that
you have visited; belongings, devices, collectables and other objects that you own or use;
and any kind of entity that is relevant to your particular activities and interests such as,
for example, books, films, music, television programs, sport competitions, players or teams,
cooking recipes, technologies, home or work projects. You can add new entity types to your
database as and when you so wish.
In the information that you record about any entity such as those listed above, include
free-form notes, images and photos, as well as discrete pieces of information which may be,
for example, the date of birth of a person, the price or value of an object, the author of
a book, the ingredients in a recipe, the length or grade of a walk, your rating of a film
or a restaurant, a link to a web site, etc. You can define the pieces of information that
you want to record for each type of entity.
Record contact details of persons and organisations.
Record relationships between persons and organisations: family relationships, personal
relationships, work relationships, business relationships, etc.
Organise entities into groups.
Cross-reference your information so that you can easily search and navigate through it and,
if you are also using Memozine to keep a diary (see our Diary page for
more details), set up links from your diary entries to persons, places, things or other
entities that you mention in those diary entries.
Create queries to search through your database and produce lists of entities meeting simple
criteria or complex combinations of criteria as and when needed.
